About the Challenge
For 14 days, we’re challenging HSE leaders to do one concrete thing each day. Not think about it. Not reflect on it. Do it. Check something. Count something. Ask someone. Screenshot something. Time something. Then share what you found.Every day you get a specific action. It takes 5–10 minutes. You do it, then post your results on LinkedIn (and/or a Digital Form) with #WhoIsWatching and #WeAreVigil on every post. By Day 14, you’ll have a real, evidence-based picture of where your organisation actually stands, not where you assume it does.Then you make it official by taking the VIGIL Checkpoint.

01 — Sign Up
Register below. You’ll get access to the challenge community on WhatsApp where daily actions are posted each morning.
02 — Take Action Daily
Each morning, a new action is posted. It’s specific. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
03 — Share The Result
Post what you found on LinkedIn with #WhoIsWatching. Not what you think, but what you actually found. A number, screenshot, a quote from a colleague or even photo. Real evidence only. Can't post on LinkedIn, submit your entry using this form.
04 — Engage
Comment on other participants’ posts. Compare findings. The power of this challenge is seeing that your reality is shared by hundreds of other HSE leaders.
05 — Take the Checkpoint
At the end of 14 days (or before), take the VIGIL Checkpoint to get your full personalised maturity report.
The Reward
The 10 participants who post the most throughout the 14 days earn a free VIP Pass upgrade for VIGIL 2026 (worth $297). Full access to Day 5, all recordings, workbooks, and CPD certification.
How We Track It
Public LinkedIn posts with #WhoIsWatching. One post per day maximum counts. Quality and substance matter as well as genuine findings. Top 10 are announced first week of May.
